Azerbaijan Visa Support Conditions
- Visa support as part of tour package taken with us costs 75 USD.
- In case you need just a visa support from our travel agency the fees for our services are:
- For citizens of Europe, America, Japan, New Zealand and Australia – $100 USD
- For citizens of Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea - 100 USD
- For citizens of China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Bangladesh and Pakistan support is provided selectively
- For citizens of most African countries visa support is provided selectively
N.B. If your visa is rejected for some reason we refund that fee in full minus transfer fees if any.
Please note that additional consular fees are paid at the embassy with your visa application, which may range from $40 up-to $150, depending on the length of your stay and the country of your citizenship.
To provide you with the Azerbaijan visa support, we need the following:

- Planned Accommodation (Hotel, Furnished apartment, Friend... )

Based on the above information, we will prepare an Azerbaijan visa support application and submit it to the Consulate Department of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan in Baku. The approval process takes about 4-5 days. Approved visa support application is faxed directly to the embassy or consulate of the Republic of Azerbaijan where you plan to obtain your visa. We will send you by e-mail the reference number (telex number) of the approved Letter of Invitation, which you would need to provide together with your visa application.
You can also obtain your entry visa in Baku International Airport upon arrival. In this case you will not need a visa support. If you plan to enter Azerbaijan some other way (not through Baku airport) then you need to obtain your visa in advance in one of Azerbaijan consulates/embassies abroad. In this case you will definitely need a visa support.
